Progress Report 3/14/19 | Updates are a Piece of π

Hey everyone! It is π Day! Whether you slice up some cake or divide pie, I hope your day has a good ratio of work and play.

Circling around to the topic at hand, though, this week OgreWare updated Calling All Heroes with some minor bug fixes. We had a few display issues – for example, sometimes troops would appear to be “stuck” out on a mission; they were actually back in play, but the display issue caused it to show them as in “mission mode.” This has been repaired.

We also had a small bug where one of the buffs (bonuses) you get from the Oracle was in the wrong category, from a coding perspective – so it caused a display error and also applied the wrong effect. Oops. That’s fixed too.

OgreWare was able to catch and repair these issues largely because of players – people like me and possibly you – who reported them. You guys are great bug-catchers, and we truly do appreciate it.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to get back to making π puns all day. 3/14 only comes once a year, and punsters count down to it all year…

…did i just say “count”? On a math-pun day? Accidentally?!

Oh gosh. I’ll go turn in my pun license now. Oh, the shame.
