This week we put in some extra hours again. I made a few more models:

I spent some time midweek modeling and texturing a Golem…

…and then rigging him…

…And then animating him…

…And getting him imported into Godot. Happily, I got this done pretty quickly; I started the guy on Tuesday, and he was usable in Godot by the end of Thursday.
Meanwhile, Merrix worked on developing our procedural generation systems, for creating dungeons and rooms that won’t be part of the set layout of a static room or area. We don’t have any visuals to accompany this yet, but I’m excited to see it continue coming together.
Finally, I wrangled our quest list a bit, and got the full list of quests into a more usable format/organization system. There’s a lot of complexity around which quest depends on which others, so hopefully this table will be helpful in making sure we don’t have any unpleasant catch-22’s in gameplay.
Another week in the books! Thanks for tagging along, we’ll see you next time!
